In 2005, the State of Oregon and NOAA Fisheries completed the Oregon Coastal Coho Assessment, a collaborative project to address the conservation of coastal coho in Oregon. A primary objective of the project was to assess efforts by Oregon Plan for Salmon and Watersheds partners to conserve and rebuild coastal coho populations.
